For the next few weeks, I’ll be devoting one day a week to exploring the outfit choices for specific kinds of boudoir sessions. I thought it might be best to start with the most popular, so today we’re covering brides!

Boudoir sessions are incredibly popular with brides to be. A boudoir album is a wonderful pre-wedding gift, especially when things get stressful during the later planning stages.

I love this Lavit babydoll set from Classy Bride. It’s a fun take on the classic bridal lingerie, and there are all kinds of great photographic possibilites with the semi-open back.

This is another modern take on the classic white chemise. It’s not fussy, but it has beautiful detailing that makes it perfect for a boudoir photography session. It’s easy to see why Hanky Panky has such a following among brides.

This is another Hanky Panky piece, and is a great alternative to all of those thongs that have bridal sayings on them. The back also has great shape and coverage, which makes it ideal for brides who don’t want to bare all, so to speak.

I love traveling, and this FairyGothMother corset reminds me of old world Spain. It’s modern while still retaining that perfect feminine flounce.

This Mary Green gown is another modern take on an older look, this time in a silk georgette fabric. This gown will show off all your curves without revealing too much.

If you want to get away from the classic white bridal lingerie, these Mary Green panties are a great alternative. The set of silk boy shorts gives you lots of colors to choose from for your session, but it all comes down to the same message.
