We’ve been saying it for months it feels like, but Spring is finally here, officially! The first day of Spring, March 20th, marks the end of what feels like one of the longest and harshest winters in a while. There’s a good chance we may all have been hibernating for the past couple months, and while that’s always a good excuse for staying indoors and eating that extra cookie…It’s time to get up and get out! No more using weather as an excuse, the beginning of Spring has inspired me to be more active, but of course we can’t do that properly without the right apparel. Maybe I’m just looking for another shopping excuse, but regardless I think we may all benefit from some of these great new workout pieces and accessories.

First up, for women with larger busts it should come as no surprise that finding a good sports bra can be sort of impossible. But instead of a compression bra which usually creates a smushing effect that isn’t very cute, Panache designed their sports bra to still resemble that of a normal bra, meaning that your breasts are not pushed together, but supported in separate cups. There is underwire support and moisture wicking fabric making it practical on all fronts.

Lululemon is a pretty well-known brand for activewear, and includes everything from yoga to running to loungewear to all those fun accessories that you don’t know how you’re living without. But who could resist the bright pop of color in this yoga top? I love that it’s still made from lightweight mesh so there’s tons of room for airflow in a hot yoga class. Now will I be able to do that pose if I get the outfit?

If nothing else, treat yourself to a new pair of kicks. While having a whole new outfit is definitely fun, it’s most important to focus on the support you’re giving your feet, legs, and joints. Invest in a great pair of sneakers and when you have a variety of colors to choose from you won’t mind putting them on a few extra times a week! Aisics is a brand that has a ton of great colorful options, alongside New Balance, Adidas, and customizable Nikes.

Finally, this little guy will be a godsend to anyone who loves to run, jog, or walk outdoors. A constant struggle is always figuring out how to bring your keys or wallet without having to run with a fanny pack or stuff bouncing around in your pockets (if your running gear has any!). This running cuff can go around your wrist or ankle and has a small zipper pocket to carry just what you need. Many reviewers loved it saying that they don’t even notice they’re wearing it when going for a run. Now get out there!

Whether you’re doing something simple like swapping out your old shoelaces for new ones, or going on a shopping spree for new workout clothes, simple things like a fresh spring color can do wonders for your mood, and your motivation.
